Who?
We are, at the core, a chef and a food photographer that have been collaborating for 15 years. Always shooting food, eating together, sharing what we've recently cooked or grown or eaten. We even wrote a cookbook together! We'll share some of those glorious recipes here as well as all the other ways we like to cook, eat, and think about food.

How We Eat will bring you nourishing, sustainable, wholesome cooking that celebrates seasonal ingredients, with a big emphasis on pasta (because we love it) and plants (because they make us feel good).
Recipes that make it to How We Eat have been professionally tested, often multiple times, so by the time they get to you, they are fool proof!
