Peach-Basil and Sour Cherry-Vanilla Popsicles

Everyone knows a frozen popsicle is a great way to beat the heat. It’s sweet and refreshing and a chance to feel like a kid on hot summer day. The store-bought versions, though, can be full of ingredients you don’t even know how to pronounce and often aren’t even made from real fruit! If you want to skip those mystery additives and all that extra sugar— make your own. It’s actually one of our favorite ways to use up softening summer fruit or a bounty of in-season produce and herbs. Below are two of our favorite blends but feel free to play around with your own flavor combinations depending on what you have on hand or in excess. Serve them on a tray of ice as we’ve done above for a party and watch them disappear!
